"Return was easy"
The return process was simple. I sent it back without any hassle, and the refund showed up a few days later, so everything went smoothly, if that makes sense.

"Better service than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order and expected it to be a bit of a hassle to sort out, but they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and fixed everything without making it a big deal. It ended up being a much smoother experience than I thought it would be, and I’d definitely order again.

Maybe I’m a little biased because I tend to notice the small details, but this felt more thoughtful than I expected. It’s nice to see they actually seem to care instead of just doing the bare minimum.

"Delivery took way, way longer than I thought"
I was excited for my order, but the delivery took so long, like really long compared to what I expected. The tracking barely updated either, so I kept checking and checking with no idea where it actually was. The item was fine when it finally showed up, but the waiting definitely put me off ordering again

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ordered from Wearth London not really expecting too much, but to be fair, it turned out good. The prices seemed reasonable for what I got, and the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. Nothing looked cheap or poorly made, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was fine as well, no real issues there. I wouldn’t say I was blown away, but i’d probably buy from them again, especially if there’s a deal on. Good option if you don’t want to spend loads but still want something decent.

"Good eco-friendly packaging, small dent"
I like that the packaging is eco-friendly, which is a big plus for me. The box did show up with a bit of a dent, but nothing major and it didn’t really affect the product. Overall, solid

"Greeeat spot for gifts"
I bought a jumper from Wearth London as a birthday present and it went down suuuper well. They’ve got a really nice mix of bits that feel a bit different, not just the usual boring gift stuff. Delivery was totally fine too, no problems at all

"Nice range, just wish there were more sizes"
I had a good browse on Wearth London there’s a nice little mix of stuff on there. Clothes, home bits, gifts, that kind of thing, so I ended up clicking around for longer than I meant to.
The only thing is some things were a bit hit and miss with sizes or colours, which was kind of annoying when I found something I liked. Not a huge deal, but yeah, a few more options would’ve been nice.
Still, overall I thought the selection was good and I’d probably shop there again. Just hoping next time a few more bits are actually in stock.

"Got what I needed, but the site felt a little frustrating"
I did end up finding what I was looking for, but I remember feeling a bit impatient while using the site. The pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu felt kind of cluttered on my phone. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just one of those moments where you think, “This could be a lot smoother.”
